Mr Mai MM80.This one is a solid koa concert with beautifully figured wood. It also features a wonderful bevelled arm rest which makes it incredibly comfortable to play and is done impeccably. Other cool features are the unique slotted headstock which makes the neck end very light, a beautiful offset moon rosette and very cool inlay markers. These are all features normally reserved for boutique instruments.

The sound is classic koa very bubbly and light. It has good volume but also a really lovely mellowness to the tone when picked lightly. The sustain is a excellent and the whole instrument is very responsive – you can feel the vibrations in your chest as you play it.
