Occasionally our customers have found items offered slightly cheaper by overseas suppliers (especially in Europe.) Please bear in mind their items are often drop shipped with no QC or set-up, from a warehouse – hence their costs are lower but the final product is inferior.

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original new condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
