I played a number of ukes before deciding on this one. In fact, I compared it side by side with a $400 that sounded really good. The Concert Travel wasn't as warm but otherwise the tonal quality and play was surprisingly similar. I am very happy with my choice.
Great sounding ukulele. Good for all abilities
So much more beautiful in person. The sound is amazing: Vibrant and lively sound, great action, comfortable and natural neck.
The sound it produces is crisp and clear. It has decent sustain and can be loud or quiet. You do not have to fight this ukulele. It’s easy to play and does what you want it to do!
It is well crafted and plays easily with a good sound. A nice "step-up" instrument for the doubler or for an intermediate student. No reason a beginner could not start on this instrument if you don't mind paying a bit more than the standard beginner uke. Also nice-looking in wood and style.
