Design Content: Custom text (including names, slogans, blessings, etc.) and images (clear photos, patterns, logos, etc.) are supported. Please ensure that the provided images have a resolution of no less than 300dpi to guarantee the printing effect. The text content must comply with laws, regulations, and public order and good morals, and must not involve infringement, vulgarity, or other inappropriate information.
Size Selection: Please choose the appropriate size according to your needs. A detailed size chart (including shoulder width, bust, clothing length, etc.) is provided on the detail page. It is recommended to refer to the size chart and combine it with personal wearing habits for purchase. For returns and exchanges caused by improper size selection, the buyer shall bear the relevant costs.
Color Matching: A variety of T-shirt background colors (such as white, black, gray, blue, etc.) and printing colors are available. You can note the specific combination of background color and printing color when placing an order. If not specifically stated, a color scheme that coordinates with the design content will be selected by default.
Material Description: The T-shirt is made of [specific material, such as pure cotton, cotton blend, etc.], which is breathable, comfortable, and durable. The custom pattern is printed with environmentally friendly ink, which is not easy to fade or crack. However, it is recommended to wash it gently in cold water with the reverse side out for the first time, avoiding long-time soaking and exposure to the sun.
Printing Position: Printing can be done on the front, back, cuffs, etc. of the T-shirt. Please clearly indicate the specific printing position when placing an order. If not specifically specified, it will be printed in the center of the front of the T-shirt by default.
Customization Cycle: Since it is a personalized custom product, it will generally be produced and shipped within [X] working days after payment. The specific delivery time may be slightly delayed due to factors such as order volume and design complexity. If you need urgent production, you can contact customer service to consult the relevant fees and feasibility.

We try to price match fellow ukulele stores. If you have seen something at different price elsewhere please get in touch and we will try to match. Occasionally our customers have found items offered slightly cheaper by overseas suppliers (especially in Europe.) Please bear in mind their items are often drop shipped with no QC or set-up, from a warehouse – hence their costs are lower but the final product is inferior.

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original new condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email us via our contact page here to request a refund and we will assign you a Returns number.
2. We will aim to reply to your email within 1 working day. We will provide the address to return the product and the returns number.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4.If you are returning goods because they have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 2 working days. You may exchange it for a different instrument or a full refund within 30 days.
